For Parents

Admission to Kindergarten and Daycare

Children are admitted to the kindergarten from the age of 3. Children are admitted to the daycare group from the age of 1.5 years.
The academic year lasts from September 1 to August 31 of the following year.

A contract is concluded with the parent to secure a permanent place. To sign the contract, the child and one parent must be registered in the city of Tartu. If a child starts attending Tupsik private kindergarten, their place in the Tartu municipal kindergarten waiting list will be retained.

Applications for a place at Tupsik kindergarten and daycare are submitted through the City of Tartu ARNO e-environment.
To sign a kindergarten or daycare contract, please use the registration form or send an email to anne@tupsik.ee
